常被忽略的落髮誘因

  1. 生產：產後幾個月開始大量掉髮很常見，多數會慢慢緩下來。
  2. 快速減重、GLP-1 減重針：試驗中打減重針的人回報落髮比安慰劑多，目前認為跟體重快速下降有關。
  3. 高燒、重病、嚴重感染：身體經歷大事件後，很多毛囊會一起提早進入休息期。
  4. 甲狀腺問題：甲狀腺功能太高或太低，都可能讓頭髮整體變少。
  5. 缺鐵：女性很常見，也值得矯正；跟掉髮的關係研究結果不一致，醫師會看情況檢查。

這個小工具怎麼來的

這份問卷原本是我在門診裡，請落髮的病人先填的那一張；分型示意圖也是我自己畫的教學圖。看診時我會做的檢查（拉髮測試、毛髮鏡、抽血）不放在這裡問，結果頁會用白話先跟你說明。
